In mid-November, Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro may officially land in Europe. Huawei’s grand launch event for the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro took place in Europe, but no phone has been launched on the continent officially so far. That could soon change if it is to be believed that a new report that is expected to come from “well-informed sources based in China.”

The same sources, however, suggest that Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Switzerland will be the first group of countries to obtain them, with more to come.

How successful the Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro can be in these developed markets remains to be seen, considering how they ship running Android 10 but are devoid of any Google apps-including the Play Store and the Play Services platform that many third-party apps often need.

This all has to do with the ban on companies from that country doing business with Huawei by the U.S. government, which leaves Google unable to approve new handsets for the foreseeable future from its Chinese suppliers.
