Samsung unveiled a new reversible camera system, the Galaxy A80, in its mid-range Galaxy A series. When toggled into selfie mode, the single-camera array of the phone automatically flips around and consists of a 48-megapixel main camera, an ultra-wide8-megapixel, and a time-of-flight sensor. The latter for better portrait photography can be used for facial recognition and depth mapping.

Since there is no need for a separate, dedicated front-facing camera, the 6.7-inch Super AMOLED New Infinity Display from the Galaxy A80 has no knot or hole punch.

The specs are quite straightforward otherwise. The phone has a 3,700 mAh battery that supports fast 25 watts charging, 8 GB RAM, and 128 GB storage. The A80 also has an on-screen fingerprint scanner, like the other upcoming A-series phones.
