Try this for error code 006:
Solution 1:
Check your cartridges: an empty cartridge can cause error 006 to occur.
Wait a few minutes after clicking “Main” in
Solution 2. If the issue persists, restart the Service Tool.
Solution 3: Exit the service tool.
Remove the USB cable from the printer.
Reconnect the printer cable after 10 seconds.
When the message “New device” shows on Windows, click next.
Start the service tool.
