Method #1: Use of device manager 

  1. Open Device Manager (Right Click on My Computer and Select Device Manager)

  3. Update all the USB drivers.
  4. Restart Your Computer
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 3, right-click each driver and scan for hardware changes.

Method #3: Microsoft Management Console adjustment

You’ll need the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) for this solution. To access this, simply follow the following instructions:

  1. Press Windows Key + S
  2. Type “services.msc”.
  3. From the results, right-click Services, then select Run as Administrator.
  4. Look for the support service for Bluetooth, then double-click it.
  5. Click Start if you notice that your status is set to Stop.
  6. In the Startup Type list, select Automatic.
  7. Goto Logon Tab
  8. Click Local System account, then simply click OK.
  9. Reboot your PC after performing these steps.

Method #4:  Use of Windows Troubleshooter
