What Is The Difference between DoFollow and Nofollow?
Dofollow links allow Google and all other Search Engines to follow them and reach our website. Give us a link juice and a backlink. If a webmaster links to you with this link, you will be able to follow both Search Engine and Humans. The best way to offer a Dofollow love to someone is to allow keywords in the anchor text. This means using the targeted keywords as anchor text when linking to any website or page.

Note: All the hyperlinks are Dofollow by default. So, you don’t have to do anything to follow a link.
Google recently said that the Nofollow link will still be counted as an outgoing link in terms of page rank distribution from your page. Although again it also depends on the location of that Nofollow link. Placing a Nofollow link at the bottom of the page will have the least effect, and it will have some effect when positioned at the top of the page.

Nofollow link attributes do not allow search engine bots to follow the link. That means that if the website owner has Nofollow attributes that connect back to you, it does not pass on link juice. Only humans can pursue links. Although some time ago Google made it clear that Nofollow link attributes are not considered, weighing such links is really less. However, using the Nofollow link attribute to those links, where you don’t want to transfer link-juice, is a nice practice.
