Noted by SamMobile’s folks, Samsung is currently rolling out an update to US owners of Galaxy Watch Active. The update carries the R500XXU1BSD3 build number and sits on the same version of Tizen 4.0.0.3 as before.

What’s new about that? This update aims to provide some improvements to the battery and charging algorithms, according to Samsung’s brief changelog. Previous Samsung wearables have often seen such updates, and more than likely it will provide users with some better endurance. Of course, only time is going to tell exactly what the measly 13 MB update has improved here.
